Tony DeMeio
Tony is the General Manager for Uptime Machine Repair.
Tony began his maintenance career with Kent Machine and McNeil Industries, focusing on large-scale machine building.
When Tony joined Steere, he started with general maintenance. 27 years later, he has built secondary equipment, managed a team of maintenance workers, and worked directly with quality and engineering to ensure smooth and safe production. From infrastructure to machine, he also oversaw the implementation of converting a warehouse into a successful manufacturing plant.
Mark Stahl
Mark oversees the day-to-day operations of STEERE and Square One Engineering, as well as Uptime Machine Repair. In his role, he works closely with the Steere family on executing new business developments and evaluating future business opportunities.
Since joining STEERE in 1993, Mark has held management positions in engineering, operations, quality, and sales. Previously, Mark worked in engineering for McNeil Akron and the Kent Worldwide Machine Company.
